We will provide continental breakfast, Chinese lunch, dinner, fruits and refreshment during the whole camp. The Chinese lunch and dinner will be prepared by our camp chiefs. You are also welcome to bring your own food if needed, however you are not allowed to cook in the centre.

We apologise that due to the high volume of participants, we will not be able to meet every request we receive. However, we will try our best to make adjustments if there are special needs.

There will be a mirror, basin and extension sockets in the room. Our mission centre will also provide you the beddings such as bed linen, blanket, pillow, etc. You are not required to bring your own beddings unless you really want to do so. However, please bring your own towel, hair dryer, slippers, and personal hygiene essentials. There will be bathroom and toilets located in every wing of the accommodation area. We also suggest you to bring a water bottle or flask.

The camp fee covers your lodging for four nights, eleven meals, and refreshments throughout the camp, a camp t-shirt, and other camp-related expenses. However, it does not cover the transportation cost.

The camp is designed over a series of messages from 24/3 afternoon till 28/3 noon (5 days and 4 nights). We strongly suggest participants to join the complete programme. We will not be able to reduce the camp fee if you are leaving the camp early.

There will not be any camp fee reduction or refund available for early departure of the camp.

When the spaces have been filled, your name will be added to the waiting list automatically. Although we cannot guarantee that you will eventually get the space, we will contact you immediately once there is an opening available.

The refund policy can only be applicable if the camp was cancelled due to extreme conditions such as severe weather. Otherwise, we are sorry that we will not be able to refund the paid camp fee or transfer the fee for another person’s use.
